As the sister company of a veteran insurance giant, Mimun Yashir possessed strong brand assets, based predominantly on being part of the Bituach Yashir Group. After Bituach Yashir’s rebranding process, the Mimun Yashir team reached out to Open for us to upgrade their branding as well. But at Open, before we go up, we look sideways and inwards. We are truly satisfied with our work once we feel we’ve fully expressed all our customers’ strengths. As part of our deep-dive, Mimun Yashir opened its doors to disclose a digital world filled with vision, which provides its customers with an array of futuristic tools. This rich world had not been reflected in the previous branding. How could we convey all this digital wealth while preserving existing assets?
We developed a brand concept based entirely on the visual aspect of the novel finance world. We emphasized the numbers associated with the world of finance, alongside additional icons to integrate the financial and digital content worlds. We created a dynamic, simple and flexible grid that can easily be adapted to any application. We maintained the existing main asset – the connection to Bituach Yashir – by using the digit 5 in a pronounced way in the logo. At the end of the process, Mimun Yashir owned a comprehensive toolbox of branding tools, which enabled taking on any challenge while showcasing its significant strengths and communicating the unique brand value to Mimun Yashir’s customers.
