As we approach a new task, we start by unlearning everything we know. We believe in listening, understanding, and getting to know our customers, the true experts when it comes to their business. We believe in being OPEN to fresh ideas, work methods and innovative models, to new challenges and new ways of thinking. The knowledge we acquire through listening to our customers, combined with our expertise and OPEN-mindedness leads us to generate innovative, fresh insights, upon which we will then build the precise formulation for each brand.
We have a 360-degree approach to studying brands, starting with the market in which the brand competes to the way in which similar brands operate both locally and globally. We go beyond our customers’ requirements and deep dive with them to reach the most profound insights and new perspectives regarding their brand. When building the brand strategy, we will not settle for less than the best, most comprehensive branding package possible, even if that means pushing out a meeting with the customer to provide them with a better solution later on.
We have an attitude of exactitude. Prior to completing a customer project, we always stop and look at the big picture: the brand story, the brand strategy, and tools we’d created to support that strategy (color palette, font, visual and verbal language). We ask ourselves, candidly, whether there is cohesion across all parts of the project, whether the strategy supports the brand story, do the tools we’d selected serve the strategy in the best possible way. If the answer is “yes”, we have achieved exactitude. If not, we go back to the drawing board and keep going until we get there.
