Defining the brand strategy
One of the most significant, meaningful moments in the process is the conceptualization of the unique idea or story behind the brand and defining its values and characteristics. This is the basis for the entire brand experience which we will communicate to the target audience using various tools, at different touchpoints on the “customer journey”.
Brand architecture
The creation of a clear-cut, methodical, and systemic set of rules which will assist in managing the existing and future brand portfolio. Including the definition of the relationship between the parent brand and its sub-brands.
