Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve client objectives and drive results.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain Gantt charts to ensure smooth project management and timely delivery of client campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- Proven experience as an account manager or similar role in a branding or advertising agency.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain Gantt charts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding client goals.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels- advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Bonus
- Understanding and / or interest in UI / UX.
- Native English speaker.
